Amie Bojang is 12 years old and is a 3rd grade student at Brikama School. Amie is very happy to go to school and her dream is to be a nurse. She wants to thank everyone who is helping to make her dream come true.
Satang has had a unusually difficult life. Her father is physically disabled and unable to care for her, so she was sent to a foster family who mistreated her. She was burdened with all the household chores while her foster sisters were allowed to spend their days playing. She was forbidden to talk to anyone about her circumstances, but Biran Sallah uncovered the whole story. Biran, with the permission of her birth parents, has taken Satang into his own household.
Muhamed Drammeh is nine years old. His father is unemployed but his mother has a business initiated by a small loan from Future for Farato. That little profit supports his parents and 5 brothers. He attends Xavier Nursery School. He is excited about going to school and is quite bright. He would like to be a policeman when he grows up.
Musa is 11 years old and is attending SDA Primary school in Grade 2. Musa lost both of his parents and is now living with his grandparents who are quite poor. Musa is very intelligent and his dream is to be a lawyer.
Fatou Sallah is a serene 4 year old who is attending Xavier Nursery school. She lost her father and is living with her mother and her uncle. Fatou would like to be a teacher.
